No Reason to Stop Here is a publication I designed, printed, and bound that explores how the fall of British industry in the 1980s has directly affected working-class communities, particularly in the North.

The written content consists entirely of an interview with a former engineer in the Sheffield steel industry during its downfall. His detailed knowledge and experience provide a unique perspective on how local, industry-reliant, working-class communities were deeply affected by the closure of steel factories and coal mines during the 1980s.

Each element of the publication is designed and considered. The dual columns of fully justified text represent the Tinsley cooling towers, whose demolition marked a symbolic end to the Sheffield steel industry. The grey cardstock references raw steel, and the orange stock used for the infographic pages symbolises the molten metal in the crucibles. The blue used throughout symbolises the Conservative Party's ever-present influence during that time.
